I cannot believe it has been this long. Three years ago today I set off on this journey, quest, thing…. I sold everything I owned, gave away my clients, said good bye Los Angeles and left everything I knew behind in search of enlightenment. Let’s just say threw caution to the wind! I had done my research but had no idea what was in store for me. At this point the list of life changing, death defying, unique and beautiful experiences has grown too large to acknowledge here. Although I treasure each and every one. Being surrounded by different cultures for so long has forced me out of my comfort zone in such a profound way I did not know was possible. It is a gift to move through these places as the clothes, foods, smells, sounds, languages and architecture all evolve from country to country. Beyond each one of those small things that make the day to day of exploring interesting is the much larger understanding that the world is so much MORE than my little bubble back home. Thats that enlightenment thing I was looking for coming into play! In short I found a world I never knew I wanted, needed or existed. I feel so very blessed to have been able to take on this journey. It has been and probably will be the most difficult/rewarding thing I will do in my life. Wait have I peaked! I am not even 50.   Kidding! A lot more miles to go before I am done. As they say just taking it one day at a time.
